Easy Detox Water Recipe to Naturally Slim Your Belly

Since I’m getting more fat now and an increasing bulging belly, I promise myself to start a slimming regimen in a frugal way. I’m searching the net to find some ideas to start that will compliment my light exercise and reduce in consuming foods that will add more fat to my belly. I’ve found this detox water recipe from Blogilates very interesting and helpful.

 

This refreshing water detox recipe will help me detox naturally and de-bloat. And the good thing of this is, it is easy to prepare. All I need with this belly slimming detox water are 1-2 liters of water, 1 cucumber, 1 lemon, 1 orange, 10-15 fresh mint leaves and a handful of ice. As much as possible, I would like get organic fruits and herbs in my ingredients.

 

Since drinking water is one of the best way to help flush the body of toxins on a daily basis, I can get more punch on this with few additional ingredients that can transform water into detox water and get even more powerful health benefits.

The cucumber helps the liver and kidneys get rid of ammonia. The lemon helps to ease constipation, heartburn or gas. The mint helps healthy digestion and the flow of bile from the liver to the gallbladder to the small intestine to break down dietary fats. And the orange reduces cholesterol levels.

In making this recipe, I will slice up the cucumber and put them into a jug or pitcher. Cut the lemon and orange into wedges. Add the fresh, fragrant, mint leaves and pour in 2 liters of cool water. Sit it overnight in the fridge and let all the yummy flavors steep and infuse the water. In the morning, I will add ice cubes, pour and enjoying sipping this refreshing drink.

Drinking zero calorie detox water is better than just drinking regular water.
